Here are the common steps to purchasing a home.

1. Talk with a lender and achieve a preapproval letter.

2. Call Chaz to be your realtor!

3. Discuss your priorities in your new home.

4. Start House Hunting.

5. Make an offer.

6. Get a home inspection.

7. Appraisal from the bank.

8. Close on your home and move in!
