Hi, I’m Chaz the Property Manager — a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping clients find their perfect homes, investment opportunities, and long-term management solutions.
As a proud Florida native, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the beauty and lifestyle this area offers. After graduating from Flagler College in 2013, I fell in love with St. Augustine—and even more importantly, met the love of my life, Jovie.
Since 2019, I’ve been proudly serving St. Johns County and the surrounding areas, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate market with confidence. Alongside sales, I founded and operate my own long-term property management business, specializing in full-service management for single-family homes, condos, and oceanfront properties. My approach is hands-on and relationship-driven—ensuring every property is cared for as if it were my own. From tenant placement and lease management to maintenance coordination and financial reporting, I provide personalized service that gives owners peace of mind and maximizes their investment potential.
I’m proud to be part of Lighthouse Realty, my family-owned brokerage that has served this community for over 30 years. I specialize in oceanfront condo sales—particularly at Colony Reef Club—as well as equestrian properties throughout St. Johns County and neighboring areas. Living on my own equestrian property, I understand firsthand the unique needs of horse owners. My wife, Jovie, is an avid equestrian enthusiast, and together we’re deeply connected to the local riding and farm community.
Beyond real estate, family is everything to me. I’m a devoted husband and father who loves spending quality time with my daughter, wife, parents, and in-laws. When I’m not assisting clients, you’ll likely find me cycling, enjoying the outdoors, or caring for my four-legged family—my dog Axl, my two cats Bugs and Bunny, and my horse Alex.
